Refund policy

All Sales Are Final. There will be no returns, exchanges or refunds.

*Due to hygiene reasons, there will strictly be no returns, exchanges or refunds on all jewellery.

All goods will undergo additional steps of quality control before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong or defective product, please contact us at hello@gabi-label.com within 7 days of receiving your order, along with your order name and number, a brief description of the issue and for clarification purposes - images and/or videos depicting the issue. We will be happy to replace it for you at no extra cost upon verification.

Cancellations


Please contact us immediately at hello@gabi-label.com if you would like your order cancelled. As our fulfilment warehouse gets to preparing orders right away, we will not be able to accede to cancellation requests if the order has left our fulfilment warehouse, or is already in transit.

In the event of a successful cancellation, you will be notified via the email address provided on your order, or the email address you have reached out to us with. A full refund will be processed to your original mode of payment (credit or debit card) within 3-5 business days.
