By shopping with Gabi The Label you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions;

Black Friday Cyber Monday Sale (28 Nov - 3 Dec 2024)

  • Codes "BLACK" and "SHIPFREEBF" must be entered at checkout to get full benefits. Missed codes cannot be applied retroactively. 
  • Gift packaging items (from Gift Packaging Collection) are excluded from discounts or promotions, including Black Friday codes "BLACK" and "FREESHIPBF".
  • Orders containing only gift packaging (from Gift Packaging Collection) that use the above-mentioned codes will be canceled at our discretion.
Custom Fees

Deliveries outside of Singapore may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Please note that Gabi The Label does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the exact cost will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Gabi The Label is not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery. Please make prompt payment of any custom duty fees so delivery can proceed smoothly. Gabi The Label cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred when importing items into a country.

Cancellations

Please contact us immediately at hello@gabi-label.com if you would like your order cancelled. As our fulfilment warehouse gets to preparing orders very quickly, we will not be able to accede to cancellation requests if the order has left our fulfilment warehouse, or is already in transit.

Exchange & Return Policies

All Sales Are Final. There will be no returns, exchanges or refunds. 
**Due to hygiene reasons, there will strictly be no returns, exchanges or refunds on all accessories.


All goods will undergo additional steps of quality control before being shipped out. 
In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong or defective product, please contact us at hello@gabi-label.com within 7 days of receiving your order, along with:

  • Order name and number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • For clarification purposes - images and/or videos depicting the issue

We will be happy to replace it for you at no extra cost upon verification.

We highly recommend contacting us prior to placing an order if you have any questions or doubts. We'd be happy to clarify any queries you may have.

Packaging

In light of our small business' sustainability and green efforts to minimise waste - each order includes ONE complimentary set of gift box and gift pouch, irrespective of the number of items ordered in a single order. Gift packaging availability is subject to stock. While we apologize if packaging is unavailable, it's a bonus, not an obligation, therefore no refunds or credits will be issued for packaging unavailability. Thank you for supporting our green efforts.

Stolen or Lost Mail

Gabi The Label will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages in transit. However - on a case by case basis, replacements may be provided. Rest assured that if there is reason to believe your order was lost in transit - we will be sure to offer you a suitable resolution.

During the ordering process, please ensure that your mailing address provided is wholly accurate. Gabi The Label will not be held responsible for any packages being sent back due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipment costs will be borne by the customer.

Shipping Delays

All deliveries are carried out by courier companies that operate separately from us. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays due to customs or other reasons that may occur during the transit period. Once packages are shipped out, the shipping process will be out of our control, although we always do our very best to help you through the process of tracking.

Regarding Gold-Plated Jewelry

Please be advised that gold-plated jewelry is subject to natural wear and tear. While gold-plated jewelry offers affordability, the longevity of the gold-plating typically ranges between 6 to 12 months, depending on the level of care provided.
Due to the subjective nature of wear and tear, we regretfully cannot provide replacements for gold-plated jewelry reported to have lost its plating after 6 months of wear. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter as we strive to maintain fairness and transparency in our policies.

*Delays with Regular Shipping can be expected during sales (like Black Friday) and holiday seasons (Christmas and New Year's).
^  We highly recommend the Express Shipping option for customers who require quick delivery and would like to avoid pandemic-related delays. 
The estimated delivery time excludes processing time of 1-3 business days.
Our fulfilment centre packs orders every working day, from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays in Singapore. Processing times of up to 5 business days can be expected during sales and holiday seasons.

Information on Regular Shipping

Regular shipping is our most cost-efficient offering.

Understanding How Regular Shipping Works -
The initial courier used is Singapore Post (SingPost) and final mile delivery is then carried out by your local postal service; meaning USPS for USA, Canada Post for Canada, La Poste for France and so on.

How to Track Your International Order

1. Simply use the Tracking Number acquired from your order's shipping confirmation email, and input it on SingPost Tracking Page.

2. As your order approaches its final destination (your country), you will need to continue tracking its progress through your local postal service's website using the same Tracking Number.

**Please note that you are held fully responsible for retrieving your package. It is highly recommended that you continue to track its progress via your local postal service's website after placing your order. In the event your package is unclaimed and eventually returned to us - any re-delivery requests will incur extra shipping charges that will be borne by you.
