Note on International orders (WE SHIP WORLDWIDE)

We use DHL Ecommerce to deliver all our international orders.
DHL Ecommerce arranges for your parcel to be delivered to your destination country via DHL's logistics network and final mile delivery is done by the local postal service in your destination country.

How to Track Your International Order

1. Simply combine "SGAHX" + "E000XXXXXX" (the tracking number you will receive from us), to track the shipment directly on DHL Ecommerce tracking page https://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/.

2. As your order approaches its final destination, you will need to continue tracking its progress through your local postal service's website. For this - you need a different tracking number which is provided to you on DHL Ecommerce's tracking page under "Tracking ID".

You will see two separate tracking numbers, a "Shipment ID" unique to DHL Ecommerce, and another "Tracking ID", unique to your local postal service. The latter is what you will need in order to track your order at your respective local postal service's website.

Your final Tracking ID should look something like this "LWXXXXXXXXXDE".

**Please note that you are fully responsible for retrieving your package, and we highly recommend that you continue to track its progress via both DHL Ecommerce and your local postal service after placing your order. In the event your package is unclaimed and eventually returned to us - any re-delivery requests will incur extra shipping charges that will be borne by you.

All Sales Are Final. There will be no returns, exchanges or refunds.

**Due to hygiene reasons, there will strictly be no returns, exchanges or refunds on all accessories.

All goods will undergo additional steps of quality control before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong or defective product, please contact us at hello@gabi-label.com and we will be happy to replace it for you at no extra cost.

Custom Fees

The customer will bear full responsibility in the event that your package incurs some duties/customs fee while entering certain countries. It is recommended that the customer check with the local post office for such fees prior to placing an order to avoid any confusion.

Stolen or Lost Mail

Gabi The Label will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. No refund or replacements can be provided. However, we will do our very best to help you in the search for your lost mail.

During the ordering process, please ensure that your mailing address provided is wholly accurate. Gabi The Label will not be held responsible for any packages being sent back due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipment costs will be borne by the customer.

Shipping Delays

Gabi The Label cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays due to customs or other reasons that may occur during the transit period. Once packages are shipped out, the shipping process will be out of our control. You may refer to the tracking number provided on both local and international orders to track your parcel online or with your local post office.
